Anyone have any experiance reassembling a CA gearbox?

I just installed a new spring on my CA36 and was having problems reassembling the gearbox. I think my biggest problem is just realigning the gears correctly (I was also having trigger issues, but I think I fixed that, not completely sure as I havent finished reassembly yet) so if anyone has experiance with Classic Army internals or knows of a link that could help it would be much appreciated.
~Thanks

RE: Anyone have any experiance reassembling a CA gearbox?

I had mine torn down and replaced the black plastic nozzel at the front end of the mechbox. I was very careful in putting everything back together exactly the way I found it using an article at the Renegade Recon website. It was a general article on the Tokyo Marui and I do remember the internals being almost similar. There were a few slight differences but the reassemly was identical. Not that my rifle is and M15/M4.

its exactly the same as the tm versions, just tighter, put it together and use a small allen key to guide the gears into place through the bushings, while holding the trigger as it tends to pop out.
