Question Cybergun Thompson Wiring

So I have a Cybergun Thompson and internally, the wiring is all messed up. I have reduced the problem to the trigger housing (where the brass plates touch each other to send the electric signal). All I am trying to figure out is where and what replacement part I need to swap it out. Research shows that the Thompson has a version 6 gearbox so I assumed that all version 6 gear boxes would have the same internal structure. Ive heard that the P90 also has a version 6 gearbox so I was wondering if this would be an appropriate solution? If not, what would be?

Here is an image of the necessary part:

Thanks for the help
