So I know that a few of you guys have cyma g18 or cm030...whatever you want to call it. I was wondering what you think of it. It looks nice but the only thing that turns me off is the fps on it and wondering if people still can notice the hit even at a longer distance for a pistol. With that being said I would like to see what you guys have to say.
I have 1 and sold my Hi Cappa after I got it. I average 1-5 kills a day at PL with it. It does shoot at a low FPS but honestly a side arm is a close range weapon. A full charge will last me close to 2 months with playing every weekend.( thats with shooting maybe 3 mags a week) You also have to remember this is a cheap gun and a great starter to decide if an AEP is your thing or not.

A sidearm is a close range weapon. In my opinion, it's a great gun. A low FPS is good from a closer MED to being safer. True, the gun can shoot accurately over 80 feet, but I only ever use it when someone gets closer than my 50 foot MED.
It's nicer than a GBB being that you needn't worry about carrying gas with you to reload, and it is much more quiet. Mags are cheap and carry much easier as well.

I have 2 of them, they are very nice. Sometimes I wish I had a TM but, I got both of them for a total of $60, which is less than half the cost of the TM.

I have one. Painted it a real bad pattern but besides that, it's amazing. Pretty consistent, AMAZING range for a pistol, alright grouping, great for when the primary is out of ammo or whatever and you need to kill someone NOW! I have dual wielded them in the past. Yes, it works.
I know this doesn't add lots to the conversation, but I'll be starting airsoft with a CM.122. I think the internals are somewhat similar to the CM030, but I don't know for certain. Externally it is patterned on the Sig P226, but scaled up so its rather large. Starting out at the Warhouse since its nice and close to home. It seems like an AEP is just the thing for the CQB setup they have there, where its relatively low FPS won't be a problem.
I'll make sure to post my experiences with it here.

Wrong! Left eye is the dominant eye because my right eye is a lazy eye and that's why I shoot lefty with rifles, but I pull pistols over to my left eye in the right hand.
For dual wielding, I point in the general direction fo the enemy and shoot. Did so at OP FW at the end, and got like 5 people.

I think Sarin99 is selling both his with like 5 mags, 2 batteries, and a charger for $60. That's the price of ONE new one.
1st thing is find somewhere that has them in stock. I got mine with a few others at Pointact.com for $43. Min $100 order. I did check and they are out of EVERYTHING.

Since the glock is so hard to find and I need a better sidearm soon then are there anyother AEPs that are just as good or better and just as reliable as the glock?

Well, the Double Eagle M9 is GREAT! Until mine broke. Snakemedic's still works... and great too I'm pretty sure.

How is DE are there guns any good? I saw the DE m81 v2 and that looked pretty good ,but im still trying to figure out if it would be possible to upgrade DE's guns like a TBB or spring

Well, I only know of their M9 and let me tell you... that thing... was... I can't describe it. (yes I can) it was accurate as God!, and went far as my Echo 1 M4 (when it worked). It appears to be all metal, and it's indestructable. Silencer makes it look cool too. I got so many last second kills with it because it was ALL THAT!
Right now it's sitting on my desk in like 30 pieces because I'm trying to find the shorted wire.
It was $50 when I got it, and I would honestly say it's worth $150.
UTG recently came out with a USP AEP for $60. You can buy it here.
That looks on the cheaper made side since it says only use .12s. Why is it so hard to find a good aep now grrrr.

After looking at the utg usp for a while it looks and sound almost identical to a DE m81 (de's usp). Does anyone know if Utg rebranded DE or something like that? But I just cant get over the part where it says only use .12s.

Get a TM AEP. I've been wishing I had gotten one instead of my two CYMA's.
I just dont have the money right now. If I did I would but im upgrading my l96 and im buying a new car soon so I want something thats just as good but less money
