DBOY SCAR Stock Hinges

Hello,
I have an ares SCAR with a broken stock. I bought a VFC SCAR stock without actually looking at how it fit on and found that it wasn't at all compatible. Now that I look, it appears that the DBOY/Matrix stock might fit on an ares SCAR.

I was wondering if somebody with a DBOY SCAR could help me out by getting the measurement of the hinges on the stock (the hinges that fit in between those that are attached to the body). Help would be greatly appreciated.

Or better yet, if there is anybody that has an Ares SCAR and a DBOY SCAR that can see if the stock will fit on for me that would be great!

They are not compatible because the Ares/STAR SCAR's have the wiring run through a plate on the hinge, and the Dboys SCAR's have wires running through holes in the stock.

I found a way to change that. I can make it run through the stock now. I just need to know if the DBOY Stock will fit (even with a little modification) over the slide where the ares stock would connect.

The ares stock is wired to deans and that are connected to tamiyas. There is a wire that runs out of the gearbox that I can run through if the dboy stock will fit.

I haden't thought of that. The stock MAY fit, I'm not entirely sure if it would deffinatly or not. The STAR/Ares SCAR has three screw holes that attatch the stock to the upper reciever, as do the Dboys SCAR's. I'm just not sure if those holes will line up correctly.
