All I can say is WTF? These kids deserve every ounce of punishment they receive. These people should be banned from ever even touching an airsoft gun. This is the kind of stuff that threatens to ruin airsoft for all of us.

I dont think a pneumatic gun should be considered a firearm.... and "replica firearm" and "Pneumatic firearm" are the same thing in this case... so why two charges?

Well its just the fact that its still a form of firearm, its still capable of hurting someone and still qualifies as a weapon, and besides you just shouldn't brandish anything like that in public. Hell i wouldn't want to wave anything that even remotely looks like a gun in public, cause you never know how other are people are gonna react to it.

Chaos, that depends on which half of the brain the idiot had.
But yeah... fights escalate and it's unfortunate they decided to bring out their $15 springers. Need to stop making cheap airsoft guns and selling them in 7/11's, in my opinion.
