I mean, that's just dumb. Giving a kid with a record something that could cause harm to others is just asking for it. I think the parents of the girl should sue for negligence, or something - doesn't have to be for a huge amount, more of just for the psychological effect, I guess.
I hope the girls parents take the boys parents to the cleaners over this, or at very least this kid gets time in juvi. The little dumbarse wants to be "hard", then throw him in juvi with the 15 year old kids with manslaughter charges.

I think the parents wanted to get rid of the kid thats why they bought him the gun. Death by cop or juvi hall makes no difference to these parents - so long as they get rid of the kid.

BubbaLouie - I find your story highly unlikely. If you shoot someone in the eye from a foot away, they lose the eye. Also, don't loan stuff to people, and PLEASE only play with your airsoft guns at a for-real airsoft/paintball field. Playing with replica firearms in public can get you killed. Treat all airsoft as if they were real guns.
