L96 Upgrades

Hello all i was wondering if any of you know any good upgrades for the L96 sniper rifel i bought one from my friend awhile back and i just wanted to know if you guys knew about any upgrades ican purchase for it. Also the little allen key part in the bolt action lever comes loose does anyone know how to fix that.

Most of these should work for L96 style rifles. What brand L96 do you have?

The bolt should be relatively simple, just get a bit of locktite on the screw and then place it in. I've done that for all my sniper rifles. As far as upgrades go, I'd stick with a tightbore barrel, a bucking, and the PDI upgrade kit [spring, spring guide and piston]. That's inexpensive, but you'll notice a immediate increase in performance. Army Navy has all those parts, I believe.
Another thing, and this is important: PLEASE be careful with your trigger box. Those mechanisms will work fine if you take care of them. If your gun jams, don't keep pushing the bolt in. Pull it out, drop the mag, and clear out the jam. New trigger boxes are hard to come by, but taking care of it will last you plenty long

If are looking to do some low cost upgrades.PDI hop up (out of stock everywhere in the states) If you don't want to wait for the hop up put a Madbull Barrel that fits the L96 hop up. UTG upgrade Cyl kit is well worth the money for the FPS increase $50 and run at the min .3's for BB's.

Try also doing a search on the forum. I have made several detailed lists with links and performance to some of the upgrade parts with prices.

Well my brand of l96 is a AWG L96 sniper rifel so if you have any upgrades for this kind i would love to see them. Also thanks for the tips on the bolt system.
