Hey, i recently purchased a fairly powerful spring FAMAS. As one might imagine, the cocking mechanism (in that trademark opening that the FAMAS has) can be somewhat difficult to pull back. It isnt impossible, but it can be annoying and may determine a hit or not. So i was wondering whether i should use some sort of lubricant to make this easier to pull back. Ive never used lubricant before, so i figured id ask here. Thanks

I'm not exactly sure how much a lubricant would help, but if you do decide to use a lubricant make sure it is petroleum free, something like silicon would work...
If I were you I would just let it go. It just takes your body a while to get used to pulling the spring mechanism. I had the same problem when I first got my UTG L96, the first 2 or 3 days that I had it my arm was sore from shooting it. Now I can shoot it just fine because my arm is used to it.
I don't know if it helps you at all, but it's your gun, you can do what you want.
