M16A1 stock...?

Would it be possible to replace the standard Echo 1 M16A1 vn stock with an adjustable stock or crane stock?

(To clarify, would it be possible WITHOUT chopping anything off. Just more of a simple unscrew the old stock run the wires through screw on the new stock)

The stock isn't glued or melded to the gun in any way, so yes, you can change it if you want. You'd have two main options, a crane stock or an LE stock. With either of those though, you're going to need to purchase a buffer tube as well, otherwise your stock isn't going to have anything to slide on.

Also, if you buy an LE stock with your gun being wired to the rear, your only option for a battery really is to either get a battery bag or "magazine battery" and mounting it to the stock, or running a LiPO in the Buffer tube. So you might want to use a crane stock, as all you would need then is the bufefr tube, and the crane stock battery.

First question comes to mind...... Why would you do this? But yes you can switch stocks.

I like the length and looks of the M16A1s but the fixed stock doesn't look or feel as nice as a crane stock. Just my opinion.
