Tech MP5-J Motor Connectors

So after disassembling and reassembling my MP5 many times, one of the motor connectors decided to stop cooperating. Once I reattach the connectors and place the baseplate back onto the motor housing the connector falls off of the motor after shooting the gun.

I placed some duct tape on but it doesn't do any good and I really don't want to soder it just because I may have to take the gun apart in the future.

Any advice?

If the connector is loose, gently squeeze the connector closed with a set of pliers. If you go too far, just pry them open and start again.
