Below is a list of answers to frequently asked questions about PocoLoco, Linglestown Paintball, and LVP South. Please check the field’s website for the most current information.
These directions will get you to the field entrance. The directions provided are to 134 Kurtz rd in Schwenksville. If you have GPS in your car, put that address in. PL is the only non-residential driveway on Kurtz Rd.[/color] If you enter a driveway and see a house, you are not at Poco Loco. If you are looking for the field on an airsoft-only day, the signs may not be up. Look for the gate. PL is the only driveway with a gate.
PL also requires adult players to wear ANSI rated goggles that form a full seal around your face. Shooting glasses, mesh goggles, and other types of impact protection that do not form a full seal are not allowed. Players under 18 must wear full face protection! What is full face protection? Click Here! Players without proper goggles may rent goggles or paintball masks at the field. Eye protection MUST be worn at all times outside of the designated safe area. Although airsofters are not assigned referees, the refs are always on the lookout for people with their eye protection off. Violators of this rule will be removed from the game. The owner of the field has graciously allowed airsofters access to his facility; don't piss him off by taking your goggles off.
Additionally, PL also requires barrel socks to be used on ALL guns while in the designated safe area. Pistols may remain holstered and unloaded while in the designated safe area.
Directions to the LP Field: Exit 72 off of 81S, or exit 72B off of 81N. Either way puts you on N. Mountain Road towards Linglestown. Stay on N. Mountain Rd for 1 mile. You'll come to a T.(flag pole at the square), make a right onto Linglestown Rd(39 EAST)Go 7 tenths of a mile, and make a right at Wenrich Rd (church is on your left). Go 4 tenths of a mile, and you'll see the Linglestown Paintball sign on your left. It comes up quick on the other side of a hill..GO SLOW!!. Turn left onto gravel road, and take back until you see a grass field on your right. Park on grass field(DO NOT drive past the parking area!) Continue on foot down the dirt road. On the left side, you'll see a sign that says "ENTER HERE." That is the trail that leads to the staging area. You will have to carry your gear from the parking area to the staging area. It's not that far, follow the trail.
Field Fee: $15 Field Hours: 8am-6pm(The owner has the front gate open at 7:30am) We usually like to start between 9:30-10am, but you can show up, and leave whenever you want. Minimum Age: 12 years old, 10-11 can play ONLY if they have a parent stay, and play with them. Waivers: Minors under the age of 18 must bring a parent or release form signed by a parent or guardian in order to play. You are required to fill out a new waiver each time you play at Linglestown Paintball. Waiver posted below. **BB's are now available at the field- Excel .20's, and .25's $17 for 4000ct bag.

Additionally, LP also requires paintball barrel socks to be used on ALL guns while in the designated safe area. You can buy barrel socks there for $6(new), and $3(used). DO NOT bring your stinky foot socks to put on your barrel! Pistols may remain holstered and unloaded while in the designated safe area.
LVP abides buy the same safety guidelines as Poco Loco, and Linglestown Paintball. We follow the exact skirmish rules except we do no use the Rouge Spear rule. Please refer to the C3 Skirmish rules if you are not familiar with that rule.
Montgomeryville Army Navy sells airsoft related products at the field such as bbs, red rags, rubber knives, green gas, etc... They also have AEG rentals for 20.00 (first come first serve).

Reason: New LP field waiver
I have a friend who, for health reasons, doesn't want to actually participate (i.e. - run around and shoot/get shot) but asked me if he could come and just watch the action. (Liesurely follow, enjoy the show.) If he has proper goggles can he? I told him he would just need the eye protection, but I couldn't answer whether he'd have to pay to be there for the day. (He wasn't interested in paying just to watch, he was just looking for an alternative to sitting around the house.)
The question was specifically for PocoLoco.
Also: I saw the year's membership on PL's website, do they let you use that for airsoft entrance? I understand not everything applies the same for PB/airsoft.

Yeah. If he's just observing, he will not need to pay.

No, there is no membership situation at PL right now for Airsofters.
Is anyone working on getting a years membership at poco for airsoft?
seems like we are getting more and more players, and it might be worth it.
just wondering where that stands.

The concept was initially raised by PL Jeff a few years ago, but quickly dismissed.
Memberships work for the paintballers because they go to the field and spend lots of money on paint and other stuff. Airsofters don't do that. A $12 bag of BBs isn't the same as a $80~$100 case of paint. There's no incentive to give us a break on the field fee, as that's his primary source of revenue from airsoft.
We played a couple of times at Cobra Command. It's not a bad field, and the new owner is a nice guy. I know he's eager for ALL airsofters to come into his field, and for it's location and field entry, it's not a bad deal.
Deep Woods wasn't completely set up (as of mid summer - when we were out there last), and the gauntlet and village aren't bad if you're just looking to skirmish.
Only objection we had was the residue all over everything, which is why we don't go down there much anymore. Not to mention we have our own private field...
We might end up down there again next summer a few times, all depends on who wants to get a bit more than just a skirmish going on...
Oh yeah, there was paint stuck inside my flash hider, all over my gloves, boots, back, gear... Beyond that, was fun. Probably the least expensive out of any field I've ever been to...
We only play at sanctioned and insured fields, so that pretty much limits us to paintball fields. We work with the field owners and have games there. Check the general forum for game threads that are "stickied" at the top.
does any one live around Malvern ? or Paoli? because the only places id be able to go to is pocoloco and condorpaintball.wish id be able to linglestown looks cool. but any way just wondering about how long it takes you to go to condor?

Hey, something happened when i first posted this...
Cobra Command was changed to Condor paintball, as of the new year LVP(Lehigh Valley Paintball) bought them out, the LVP website is www.LVPsouth.com
The Condor paintball website is still up. Just stating that it did change hands so prices might have changed ect...

Alright, ill find put about Cobra Command for you guys if you want. I am friends with the guys at LVP(from my paintball experience). Im sure they would have no problems. Any specifics you want me to ask?
Possible new fields closer to where I live is certainly on the exciting side of things, for me anyways. "Open package as close to face as possible", this statement I rather enjoyed... :)
