They are the SCS spacers under a new name. I got one and tested it, and found that it made things worse. From what Shreder (the guy who makes them) says, you have to make sure the cut out in the barrel is a certain width for it to work properly. You should also check for burrs in the cut out, on the hop chamber, and hop arm and sand them off. You should also make sure the spacer sits perfectly flat on the hop arm as well. Its also suggested to only use stock buckings, systema, or g&p buckings. Noting hard like a Madbull blut, or Promy purple. Like I said, I tested with them and it acted more like a velocity reducer than anything. I'd like to see someone else give it a try, and see if it works for them. The concept behind it makes sence, but the spacers are hard plastic which I think doesnt allow enough give when bbs bass through.

I've been running one in my CA M16 for a year now with a systema bucking. There was a little initial break in that had to be done, but after that, the gun was precise as can be.

I have gotten much better accuracy, and no loss in FPS. It can be a pain to seat it right, but when you do, it's golden.
