I'm just starting out, so I thought I'd post what gear I have and see what advise I could gather in. Not pictured are my AEGs, a CA SLR 105A1, and another AK of mixed heritage.
Alpenflage backpack, to be left in safety/staging area. This will carry two 1.5 liter bottles of water, as well as BBs and whatever else should be there.
A couple of things I expect to work in somewhere, First aid kit, some tools, pen/marker, 3x5 cards, glowstick and flashlight. I will be adding a hydro carrier with this set up in the next few weeks. With those things in mind please let me know what else I might want to carry and where. Thanks.
Oh and if anyone could tell me how to have the pictures display instead of showing the url that would be great, cause they worked on NJ Airsofts forum like this.

Thanks for the help with the pics, and thanks for the compliment, it really feels great, and there's so much room I'm not even sure what to do with it. I'm trying to come up with what I can put into the pistol mag pouches under the main mag pouches, since my AEP mags are too small, and already have a home on my belt.
That KWA 1911 is... beautiful. But the only thing I don't like about the Mark IV is the conical cut barrel.

The ERDL is from M&K militaria. You have to email him and ask what he has. I got this jacket for a whopping 22 bucks. It is green dominant which I forgot to mention as well.
Heres my m4. Iam thinking of replacing the cqbr front end and getting a ris. Also replacing the stock with a sopmod stock and or just a non le stock.

Its a all metal type handguard with 3 rails (one on each side).

1st picture- UTG L96 Sniper Rifle- no upgrades yet
2nd picture- TSD 3 shot shotgun with 7 shells that hold 30 bbs each, condor shell holder, condor shotgun scabbard
3rd picture- JG M4 Sr16- m100 spring downgrade, 6*300 round high caps with magpuls and carabiners, and 9*100 round low caps.
4th picture- Condor Plate Carrier with condor hydration pouch, matrix utility pouch, matrix rubber bayonet, cobra microtalk walkie talkie, condor dump pouch, M4 hicaps, matrix velcro id plank, skull pouch, and my special force pouch which earned me the nickname of special force.
5th picture- Me standing in my Marpat camo, my vest, my m4 in hand, my hard knuckle gloves, od green balaclava, knee pads(even though you can't see them) and goggles on. Basically everything is on except my boots and I don't have a chicken wing.

Drew, that Rifle is just purley amazing. But a quick question, Does the serpa holster attatch onto any standard belt or does it need a aftermarket piece to attatch to belts?

The scope is a Tactedge [leapers] 3x9 40mm with illuminated crosshairs. I got it off of Shorty USA for about $60, I think.

The Serpa's typically come with one or two standard belt attachments for any belt. I had to buy the Striker Plate to mount it onto that molle belt. They are only about $20 or so.

Well, this past week I ventured into the world of custom paintjobs, specifically on my G36K. Here are the results. Constructive criticism is always welcome!
I primed it using Rustoleum Specialty Plastic white paint, used Rustoleum American Accents Stone textured paint in "stone sienna", and I added a protective coating of Krylon Crystal Clear Protective Finish in flat clear.
