Short Notice Weekend Game - 5/29/10 - Irish Oaks / Honeybrook, PA
Anyone interested in playing this Saturday that can't make the big game, I have another option for a small game.
I spoke with the owner of Irish Oaks Golf Center (Honeybrook, PA) about allowing airsoft on the paintball fields. He has no problem at all w/ a regular group of people playing, so I figured I would try to get a game going this weekend. We would need 10 people min to play, $20 for roughly 6 hours.
Irish Oaks has three woodland fields, along with driving range, putt putt, and go karts.
So if anyone is interested in playing, let me know by mid-day tomorrow so I can reserve the fields.

They are roughly 12 acres. Google Earth N40 04.378 W75 49.603 will put you right in the middle of them. I am going to run up tonight and get some pictures when the wife gets home.

I tried for Sunday but they were all booked. If it does not work out for this week, we might be able to set up a game for the following Sunday. I don't want to step on C3's toes with any of there games, just another place to play.

We will play by a loose set of rules based around C3's. Eye protection is a must, will have to double check with Irish Oaks on full face. In regards to FPS, we will use the "don't be a as*hole" rule and shoot to close. As far as age goes, that would also be up to Irish Oaks and their own waiver. I would assume that as long as your parents sign off, you should have no problem playing. I will post later today with updates.
Looking like we might have a game, should have official decision by 3PM today.
I stopped by and talked to owner today, and we are a go for tomorrow at 9AM! Anyone 12 and over can play with a signed waiver. Also, 18 and under must wear full face protection, and it will be availabe for rent. The waiver, as well as pictures, can be found here. We will play for 5 to 6 hours, and the field fee will only be $15! Please arrive by 8:45 so we can be ready to play.
