Welcome to the Community Affairs forum.
We've created this forum in order to have a more open and complete dialog with everyone involved in c3 and airsoft in Southeast PA in general- both those who like us and our detractors. In this forum you
may post anonymously, so that no other user, mod, or admin can know your identity. You may also post normally, and you will be identified in your post if you do.
HOWTO: Do not use "Quick Reply". When creating or replying to a new thread, use the "Create Thread" and "Post Reply" buttons. Next to the title and above the edit window, you'll see a "Logged in as X" and beneath that is a checkbox marked "Make Post Anonymously". If you check that, your username, signature, and postcount will be completely disconnected from that post.
We (the site admins and moderators) hope to see dialog, tough questions, and serious concerns raised by the community. If you have an issue, concern, compliment, complication, question, or criticism with us, and don't want to PM, email or post about it for fear of reprisal (which is unfounded, but anyway), here's the place to do it.
What we don't want is this degenerating into a means of mud-slinging, flames, trolling, or constant abusive criticisms. If things get out of hand we'll be forced to take this down. With luck we will air out any issues that need it, and dispel any rumors that we are a closed organization.
So, in short: use the anonymous button, make sure it's checked!
Good:
- Why did you ban user X from the forums? Can they still play?
- Why did you eject Y from the field?
- Why don't you do Z? Why do you keep doing Z?
Bad:
- So-and-so sucks. Laffo!
- You suck.
- Internet crusade! I will bring past injustices to... justice! (you suck, etc.)
- Internet tough man contests.
- Trolling, flaming, tourrets level swearing, one word posts, the usual bad stuff.
- Degenating this into the short-lived chatroom that lasted a whole two weeks
We all look forward to hearing from you.
Note: In full disclosure, this anonymous posting module (Zoints Anonymous Posting) does track userids to posts. However, I have explicitly removed the PHP files that do so. Please do not abuse this forum and force me into mining these posts for userids and IP addresses. Individual users who abuse this for a personal agenda will not be very happy for long. This is not a place to flame, get revenge, or disrupt the forums.
